1. Who can play

• You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it.
• You must not use the service where paid packs, mystery boxes or prize draws are not allowed.
• One account per person. You must verify your identity before you withdraw.

2. Your balance

• Your balance is held in US dollars. Deposits are made in crypto through our payment provider and credited at the US dollar amount of the invoice.
• Withdrawals are paid in USDT or USDC to the address you give. We review every withdrawal and may ask for more information before sending it.
• Crypto sent to a wrong address or network cannot be recovered.

3. Ripping packs and opening boxes

• Each pack and box shows its price and the items it can contain, with each item's value.
• The item you receive is decided by a random draw on our server when you rip the pack or open the box. You can check every draw on the Fairness page.
• Item values are our estimate of market value and can change. The value shown when you win is the value used for sell-back.
• Ripping a pack or opening a box is final and cannot be refunded.

4. Your items

• You can keep an item, sell it back for the sell-back rate shown, or ask us to ship it.
• Shipping is to the address you give. [Shipping costs, regions, delivery times and insurance to be confirmed.]
• If an item is out of stock we may replace it with one of equal or higher value, or credit its value to your balance.

5. Account closure

We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, money laundering, multiple accounts or abuse. Any legitimate balance will be returned after checks, unless the law says otherwise.
