Responsible play

Opening boxes should be entertainment. Most openings return items worth less than the box price, so only spend what you can afford to lose and never chase losses.
Warning signs
- Spending more than you planned, or money meant for bills.
- Ripping more packs to win back what you lost.
- Hiding how much you spend from people close to you.
Your tools
- Deposit and spend limits over a rolling 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, on your account page. Lowering a limit works at once; raising or removing one takes 24 hours.
- Cool-off for 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month or 6 weeks, and self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years, on your account page. While it runs you cannot deposit, rip, battle or use the Forge, and it cannot be ended early. You can still withdraw your balance and ship your items.
- Time checks: every hour you play, we show how long you've played and what you spent and pulled.
You can also email [support email] and we will set any of these for you.
